Shocking studies show that only 4% of women globally see themselves as beautiful, while men are increasingly affected by image-related anxiety and depression. Social media and digital platforms intensify these issues, particularly for teens and children in their formative years, by promoting unattainable beauty standards and sparking comparison culture.
We directly address these challenges by offering confidence coaching and self-esteem workshops, catering to this varied audience. Our approach aligns the inner self with outer transformation allowing people to ‘stand on business’ through their personal style, and reminding them to build a vibe of confidence from within.
From as young as nine years old, I felt a calling to give back and connect with people in meaningful ways. Little did I know that my purpose would unfold through the vibrant world of fashion. Even in those early years, I sensed that self-expression was a powerful force. While I hadn’t yet realised that my journey would lead to teaching others about the transformative power of style and self-love on mental health, one thing was clear: creativity was my truth and a way of escapism.
Maths and science were never my strong suit, but creativity found me—and never let go. Shout out to my art teacher, who saw something in me before I even did. She told me my face was a walking editorial and that I could be a fashion model. I didn’t fully understand it at the time. I knew I wasn’t ‘ugly’, but I also wasn’t the girl all the boys fancied at school. More than that, I rarely saw anyone who looked like me glorified in the media.
My big lips, gap teeth, slim-thick thighs, and deep brown skin weren’t what society called “beautiful.” Even within my own family, I watched some relatives use bleaching creams, reinforcing the belief that lighter skin was more desirable. It chipped away at my self-worth, making me question if I was enough. That struggle left wounds—ones I had to confront, unpack, and heal.
I had to rewrite the narrative—to see myself as God sees me, to speak life over myself, and to surround myself with love and positivity. Through faith, self-affirmation, and a commitment to inner growth, I reclaimed my confidence.
Fast forward to today, and I own every photoshoot with pride—not just as a model, but as a woman who has redefined beauty on her own terms. With every pose, I celebrate my rich, chocolate skin, knowing that my journey isn’t just about me. It’s about creating space for others to see themselves, love themselves, and step into their own power.
Growing up in a vibrant Ghanaian household in London, I was constantly surrounded by rich cultural heritage and bold colours. As the youngest of seven siblings, resourcefulness became my superpower. Hand-me-downs were my canvas, and I mastered the art of transforming them into stylish expressions of my individuality. This creative challenge sharpened my eye for detail. By the age of 17, I was making and selling my own clothing—unknowingly going on a journey that would shape my future in fashion and successfully managing projects.
After graduating from the University of Creative Arts, I had the privilege of freelancing for the then luxury couture house Ralph & Russo, all while pursuing an exciting modelling career. Today, my desire to help others, combined with my creative flair, makes me your go-to guide for discovering and embracing your authentic, confident and individual style.
In this digital age, it’s a privilege to have direct access to people through platforms like Instagram, where I offer fashion critiques, insights, and reviews that others can learn from. It’s about so much more than style—it’s about empowering people to show up as their truest selves.
