Our partnerships are built on the same values as the platform — intention over impulse, quality over volume. Partners who work with us do so under our Powered by With Jacq framework, which means the With Jacq experience and standards apply throughout.

We never recommend products because a brand has paid for placement. Recommendations are always driven by what works for you.

Yes. We build AI that is honest, helpful and safe. Our recommendations are designed to build genuine confidence — not to create insecurity, encourage overconsumption or manipulate behaviour.

We do not use dark patterns, artificial urgency or manipulative notifications. We do not generate content designed to make you feel inadequate. We actively monitor our AI for bias and work to ensure recommendations are inclusive across all body types, skin tones and personal styles.

We believe AI in fashion should empower the individual, not exploit her.

No. Your personal data — including your images, wardrobe content and style preferences — is never used to train general-purpose AI models or shared with third-party AI providers for training purposes. Your data serves you, not our models.

Anonymised, aggregated data may be used to improve our own With Jacq models. You can opt out of this in your account settings at any time.

Never. With Jacq is built to work with what you have and who you are — not to tell you that your wardrobe is wrong. Our AI starts from your existing clothes and finds the potential in them first. Style guidance is offered with warmth, not criticism.

With Jacq operates a freemium model. The wardrobe organiser, daily affirmations and community browsing are free — no credit card required.

Full AI styling features are available on a premium subscription from £7.99/month for founding members.

Founding members — those who join the waitlist before launch — receive their first year at £7.99/month. A thank you for trusting us to dress you before the world knows who we are. That rate will not be available after launch.

Yes, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain access until then. UK and EU users also have a 14-day cooling-off right on digital subscriptions under consumer law. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

With Jacq will be available on iOS and Android at launch in 2026. The website at withjacq.com is accessible on all devices now.

We use encryption in transit and at rest, secure cloud infrastructure, role-based access controls, and regular security testing. We hold only what we need and keep it only as long as necessary. Full details are in our Data Protection Policy.

Never. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties. We do not allow advertisers to use your data to target you. With Jacq products are built on trust, not data monetisation.

Yes. You can request full deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing info@withjacq.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Wardrobe and image data will be deleted within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for full retention details.

We will never ask you for money, personal financial information, gift cards or anything of that nature through social media. If anyone contacts you claiming to be With Jacq and asks for payment — please report it and let us know at info@withjacq.com.
